A time-zone identifier controls local date and clock formatting. Coordinates control the astronomical dawn calculation. Preset locations carry both values.

How the Zadokite Calendar Works
The tool combines a fixed 364-day structure with local astronomical time calculations.
Calculation sequence
- Select the first Wednesday on or after March 20 as the year anchor.
- Count complete civil dates from that anchor.
- Place the count into twelve months using 30–30–31 in each quarter.
- Use a repeating seven-day sequence to identify the displayed Sabbath.
- Calculate sunrise or the selected dawn angle from the chosen coordinates and time zone.
- If the current local time is before that boundary, display the preceding biblical date.
Export
The PDF export is built from the current calendar view and its fixed month/day labels. The export path is separate from the calculation logic.
