Zadokiah is a faith-based Private Ministerial Association. We operate in the private, under the protections of the First Amendment and the provisions of IRC §508(c)(1)(A), not as a 501(c)(3) corporation.

What is a Private Ministerial Association?

A Private Ministerial Association (PMA) is a body of like-minded believers who voluntarily assemble for worship, teaching, counsel, and mutual support under YAHUAH’s authority rather than state control. Membership is by consent, and association activities are conducted in the private sphere for the spiritual benefit of the members.

Why 508(c)(1)(a) and not 501(c)(3)?

Under U.S. law, churches and certain religious associations are recognized as tax-exempt by default under §508(c)(1)(A), without needing to incorporate as a 501(c)(3) or submit to added layers of state oversight. Zadokiah chooses this path to preserve doctrinal freedom, avoid government entanglement in YAHUAH’s work, and keep teaching, correction, and discipline accountable to Scripture alone.

What Membership Means

By joining the Zadokiah PMA, you are entering a private, faith-based relationship. Offerings are received as voluntary covenant gifts, not as payments for commercial services. Members agree to seek truth according to YAHUAH’s Word, respect the privacy of the association, and handle disputes within the body as Scripture commands.

Zadokiah functions as a private, non-public, non-commercial, faith-based ministry. Interactions here are governed by Scriptural standards of conduct and mutual accountability within the association, not by public consumer or corporate frameworks.

How this affects content, donations, and tools

Everything hosted under Zadokiah; the Bible reader, Hall of Truth, The Arena, calendar tools, privacy education, and future apps; is offered as ministry to the remnant. Access tiers and suggested offerings are structures for covenant support, not fees for products. Any references to “membership,” “tiers,” or “benefits” are framed within this private ministerial context.
